How a lesson works
Four steps from the map to the session.
Find
Pink pins are skateparks, orange are street spots. A green centre means someone teaches there. Anyone can add a spot. Two teachers confirm it before it goes on the map.
Choose
Every teacher shows their hourly rate, what they teach, how long they've skated, the spots they teach at and when they're free.
Book
Pick a spot, a day and a start time, then pay in the app. If the teacher declines or doesn't answer in time, you get a full refund.
Arrive
Around start time both phones share location. Get within 150 m of the spot and you're checked in. If your teacher never shows, you're refunded automatically.
Teach the practice
You apply to teach inside the app. Stripe verifies your identity and we review every application. Your public profile uses a display name you choose.
Set your hourly rate, the spots you teach at and the hours you're free. Students pay when they book, and you approve or decline each request.
Teaching is open in the UK, the EEA, Switzerland, the US and Canada.
